The old saying "Big wheels grind slow" has certainly proven true in the case of the Hybrids. Our builder was so tied up completing the amazingly beautiful but long-time-coming-to-fruition Passenger Car Project for us that he had no time to devote to the Hybrids... Not until the passenger cars were completed and shipped anyway.

So the latest word now is that the Hybrids will appear here in EARLY APRIL ! (He's given us an e.t.a. of March 22. Which may mean they'll leave then, but we figure it'll be closer to the end of March before we see them here. ) But we know he's getting close because Se Ho has requested his final payment, and he's never done this without the goods being about ready to ship !

Now mind you we're the last ones to need reminding that this project has dragged on far too long. But experience has taught us that it doesn't pay to rush things either. "Things" happen. We would rather the models arrive late, than WRONG ! (We think you will probably be offering up an "amen" to that statement, eh?)

At this point in time the models we'll be receiving are 100% reserved out. And once word gets around regarding how great these models really are we figure there'll be some crying and whining going on from those who procrastinated.

But if you're one of these latter, or if a second or third Hybrid sounds good to you there may be hope yet. But we won't know for sure for another couple of months. You might call Keren and toss yer hat in the ring though, just in case...
