Engine number 463 pictured above is one of four "Hybrid K-27's" sample models that were delivered at the National Narrow Gauge Convention in Portland, Oregon. And some of these have seen a lot of action since, traveling to large operating layouts in Washington state, Colorado and Southern California!
So when asked what were the opinions of those who've seen and operated them? The universal reply has been: "Superb detail and smooth, powerful, flawless operation is what these models are all about!"
